Delete your FixAm account

FixAm by Solvit

You can ask us to delete your FixAm account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to ask

Option 1: In the app (fastest). Open FixAm and go to Account → Delete my account (technicians: Profile → Delete my account). Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2: By email. Email flowishdesign@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my FixAm account", from any address. Include the phone number you use on FixAm. We will contact you on that number to confirm it's really you.

In the app, deletion happens straight away. Email requests are confirmed and completed within 30 days.

What we delete

Your profile: name, phone number, emergency contact and push notification tokens
Your photos, favourites and saved settings
For technicians: your profile, skills, selfie and work photos

What we keep, and for how long

The law and fraud prevention require us to keep some records for a limited time, after which they are deleted:

Payment, job, wallet and dispute records: up to 6 years (tax and accounting)
Technician NIN and identity-check results: up to 2 years (fraud prevention)
Chat messages linked to a payment or dispute: up to 2 years

Reviews you wrote stay on the technician's profile but are no longer linked to your name.

Before you delete

Any job in progress must be finished or cancelled first. Technicians should withdraw their wallet balance. Money held in escrow will be settled before deletion.
